Server Rules & Conduct
These rules keep Radiance PW fair, welcoming, and competitive. Every account must follow the guidelines below—violations lead to warnings, suspensions, or permanent removal.

Radiance PW blends competitive PvP with collaborative PvE. Respect fellow players, keep trades transparent, and avoid any tool that grants unfair advantages.
Zero harassment
Racism, sexual harassment, hate speech, or targeted toxicity are never tolerated—instant suspensions apply.
No automation
Bots, macros, packet edits, or memory hacks result in immediate bans. Only in-game keybinds and macros are allowed.
Clean economy
Real-money trading (RMT) and third-party currency sales are prohibited. Report suspicious offers via Discord tickets.
Account safety
Sharing passwords or selling accounts voids support protection. Enable two-factor authentication inside the Player Panel.

PvP & Territory War
- Spawn camping is allowed only during active wars; griefing outside objectives earns warnings.
- Win-trading or arranged results in TW, Arena, or Battlegrounds voids rewards and may trigger suspensions.
- Stream sniping is discouraged—repeat offenders can be temporarily muted or removed during events.
Chat & Community
- Avoid spam, ASCII art flooding, or advertising unrelated servers.
- Impersonating staff members or using fake [GM] tags leads to instant bans.
- English and Portuguese are supported globally; use faction chat for other languages.
Trading & Marketplace
- All trades must happen inside secure game windows; screenshots are mandatory for dispute tickets.
- Chargeback abuse or gifting gold/items to banned accounts removes all related assets.
- Do not promote external payment links; only the official cash shop is authorized.

Appeals
Submit appeals within seven days via the Player Panel. Include video or screenshots; we respond within 24 hours on weekdays.
Evidence
Provide unedited footage for cheating claims. Cropped images without logs are insufficient to escalate bans.
Reporting
How to report issues
In-game
Use the in-game report button to attach logs automatically. Support receives your position, chat excerpts, and combat data.
Discord tickets
Open a ticket in #support with timestamps, player names, and media links. Staff keeps everything confidential.
Emergency hotline
For security breaches or exploit discoveries ping @Operations in Discord—these alerts reach on-call admins instantly.
